Use of the Web Tool

The free Web Tool provides preliminary, model-based agrivoltaic screening for informational purposes. Results are not engineering, agronomic, financial, legal or permitting advice and must be independently reviewed before investment or construction decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of submitted information, for verifying site constraints and regulations, and for protecting your account credentials. Do not upload confidential third-party information without permission or misuse the service.

Accounts and saved work

We may suspend abusive accounts and may change or discontinue free features. Availability is not guaranteed. Your saved projects remain yours; AgRadiance retains its software, models, interface and supporting intellectual property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgRadiance is not liable for decisions made from screening results. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
