What we collect and why

Account details (email, name), an optional company, industry and role (to understand who uses the tool and to tailor any expert review you request), your consent records, saved project inputs and results, usage events and submitted feedback. Lawful bases: performance of the service for account and project data; legitimate interest for security and product analytics; consent for marketing and for project-specific contact requests.

Where it lives

Accounts and project data are stored in an EU-region Supabase project; the application runs on an EU server. Regional regulation research results are shared between users and contain jurisdiction facts, never your identity or exact field polygons.

Third parties

Geocoding, climate, soil and mapped-layer providers receive only coordinates or grid cells. Research providers receive jurisdiction-level queries. The CRM receives your details only when you request an expert review with explicit contact consent, or opt in to marketing.

Retention (proposed)

Operational logs 30 days; raw product events 90 days; generated report files 90 days (regenerable); account and project records while the account is active. Deletion requests hide projects immediately and remove records after the retention delay; backups expire on their own schedule.
